Partnership for Development Capacity Consult (PDCC) Ltd is an experienced development management consulting company in Uganda, limited by guarantee. Since 2008, we have been delivering reliable, high quality consulting services to international development agencies, local government departments, producer organisations and non profit organisations.

For more than 17 years, PDCC has built a strong national reputation for providing first class outcomes that support sustainable growth, organisational effectiveness and community development.

Our independence from vendors means we offer objective, tailored advice. PDCC is also an accredited service provider to the Local Governments of Nebbi and Zombo, where we supply a wide range of professional consulting services.

We work closely with respected NGOs, local governments and independent consultants across various disciplines. These partnerships enable us to deliver expert solutions and lasting impact for clients and communities throughout Uganda.

For over 17 years, Partnership for Development Capacity Consult (PDCC) Limited has successfully delivered over 50 development management consulting projects in Uganda and across the region.

At PDCC, we pride ourselves on delivering expert, evidence based consulting solutions that provide exceptional value.


+ Consultancy Fee: USD 450 (UGX 1,575,000) per consultant per day.

+ Operational Costs: Negotiated to reflect the size, complexity, and duration of the assignment.

+ Tax Compliance: All fees are subject to 6% WHT.
